Be sure to print and complete the
Sailing Solution Waiver. Please bring the signed and completed waiver with
you on the day of your charter.
When you enter the marina, don't pay the park entry fee; print out a "Sailing Solution Parking Pass"
and display it in your car window.

Cancellation Policy
|
|
|
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to a trip will be refunded 100%.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to a trip will receive a 50% refund, but the 50% withheld may be applied to any other trip with Sailing Solution within the season (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a trip will not receive any refund, but 50%
of the funds withheld may be applied to any other trip within the season (subject
to availability).
- Sailing Solution reserves the right to cancel a trip due to severe weather. Every
attempt will be made to reschedule weather-canceled outings. Trips which are canceled
due to weather which cannot be rescheduled, will be refunded 100%.
